Henrik Lundqvist Foundation Young Ambassador Program

• The Henrik Lundqvist Foundation Young Ambassador Program (HLFYA) is an organization I am proud to be a part of. HLFYA empowers young individuals to be change-makers and use their voices to give back to individuals and their communities. I have been part of this uplifting foundation since 2019 and look forward to continuing working to make a change and empower others. Through HLFYA, I have found confidence in myself to organize and perform independent service projects such as a Toy Drive and Gift Card Drive for the Children's Hospital at Saint Peter's. I have also participated in various community service events sponsored by HLFYA such as Kan Jam, Ronald McDonald House visits and Pass-the- Puck events. Furthermore, I had the honor of speaking as an HLFYA at the viewing party for Henrik Lundqvist's retirement. This program has touched my life and has inspired me to continue to give back to others.
